Did you lose your ticket or did not receive your confirmation email

Have you also looked in your Spam box? If you still are unable to find the confirmation email you can re-send it via the messenger on this page.

I want to request a refund

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds because this policy is set by the event organizer. Please contact the organizer for this request. If they approve your request, they can perform the action themselves. Check the organization’s website or one of its social media channels for contact information. If your request is denied, we are not authorized to execute it without permission.

I would like to rebook my tickets

Did you make a mistake when ordering or want to rebook for some other reason? If so, please contact the event organizer. If they approve your request, they can perform the action themselves. Check the organization’s website or one of its social media channels for contact information. Unfortunately, we cannot rebook tickets as this policy is set by the event organizers. If your request is denied, we are not authorized to execute it without permission.

If the organization has left contact information for visitors in our system, you can retrieve it via messenger. If no contact information for the organization can be found, we can forward the question for you.
