Achterhoeks Hippisch Festijn
The Achterhoeks Hippisch Festijn, which for decades has been known as a versatile equestrian event in the Achterhoek town of Varsseveld, was forced by coronagraphs on events to require every visitor to register online. The ability within Eventgoose to add Covid-19 questions and checks to the ordering process allowed these requirements to be met.
Visitors who had not purchased an online ticket in advance could also scan a QR code on site, which took them directly into the shop and allowed them to purchase a ticket. That ticket, came directly into the access control software, allowing the ticket to be scanned, and the organization had visibility into who, when, was on the premises.
“This was our first time working with Eventgoose. We were fortunately able to use a shop in no time that was set up to meet the additional requirements around registration and source and contact investigation. The scanning application for access control was very easy to use. We’ll just keep using it from now on!” -Menno Koch (organizer)
