Yes, this is possible. Make sure that the barcode is clearly visible on the screen. Set the brightness as high as possible so that the barcode can be scanned easily from your screen.

If it is very busy it may take a while for your ticket to load after ordering. You can always wait for the email confirmation. From there you can download the ticket again.
The validity of the ticket is confirmed by the barcode. There is normally no name check. Only if the organization explicitly states that the ticket is personal, transfer is not possible.
We are not allowed to change / cancel / upgrade tickets or exchange them for other types of tickets without the permission of the organization. So please contact the organization of the event.

If you get an error message after ordering, first check if the money has been debited from your bank account and if you have received an email confirmation from Eventgoose. If money has been withdrawn and you haven’t received an email confirmation, please contact the helpdesk.
