The answer to that is simple: yes. Eventgoose charges the service fee to the ticket buyers. Because of this, the service of Eventgoose is completely free. Does it take long for my online ticketing to be live?

Setting up a shop is very simple. You can create an event, a ticket and a sales channel in a few simple steps. Within 5 minutes your ticketing is online! Once you are selling you have access to the extensive statistics module. During the event, you can use our scanning application for free to check the validity of the tickets.

How does scanning work?

To complete the circle, a good access control is of course necessary, although this is not something you immediately think of when choosing a ticketing platform. We have spent years of research and testing to create the ultimate, stable and fast ticketing platform that can perform access control at lightning speed.

Our mobile apps and desktop applications can be used both online and offline to guarantee a 100% watertight access control. And the best part is. No matter how big or small the event, we have the perfect tool for it and it’s completely free. To check small numbers quickly, the mobile app is perfect. After logging into our ticketing platform the app checks which events are available for you to check. After this selection you can download the respective event on your mobile device. Should you have a temporary problem with your internet connection then the offline database will ensure that you can continue to check the events undisturbed. Our access control software is very scalable and can be applied to the wishes of you as an organizer. For example, on our free ticketing platform you could create multiple ticket types and sell them online. Suppose you have different entrances, stands or areas which you want to access separately, you can set the access control software per device and make choices in which ticket types may be checked. This way you can prevent visitors with a regular ticket from entering the VIP area. The system will recognize this ticket type and indicate that this person is at the wrong entrance. Providing a standard online ticketing solution is something we have been very adept at for years. What started at an event with one ticket has grown into a widely deployed online ticketing system. The current platform also allows us to quickly expand this model where possible. In the current zeitgeist, the registration of visitors is an application that we have directly added to our existing ticketing solution. How do we proceed?

To start online ticket sales, you will be asked to register on our platform. This can be done within a few minutes on our platform.

After the registration is completed you will receive an invitation in the mail to access the ticketing platform. Creating a new event is easy. We work with a convenient step-by-step plan that guides you through the platform. After creating the event and the associated tickets, there are numerous options for personalizing the whole. It is possible to add your own look and feel to the tickets on our ticketing platform. These can be completely styled and provided with the right image and color. You can even create different designs for a mobile or printed ticket.

In addition to styling the ticket, you can also let yourself go with the design of the ticketshop. You can add an image or logo to the ticket shop to give the visitor the right feeling when making a purchase. Besides an image or logo it is also possible to use a video from a previous edition. This immediately brings the visitor into the right setting. If all this isn’t enough, for the seasoned organiser it’s also possible to add an extensive CSS so the ticketshop completely fits your event.

In addition to this setup, the platform offers several ways to encourage ticket sales. The use of discount codes are a good way to reward a specific target group for a purchase. These can be designed entirely according to taste. For example, do you opt for a percentage or a fixed amount? Do you choose a limited number or is it unlimited?
